Air Fryer Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
chicken (breast) -300 g
olive oil -1 tbsp
pepper powder -2 tsp
chilli powder -1/2 tsp
chilli flakes -1 tsp
oregano -1 tsp
garlic cloves( minced) -4
Salt to taste
juice of ½ lemon
Method:
Prepare the chicken for marinating
with the help of meat mallet or rolling pin even out to a 1/2 inch thickness
Marinate the chicken
Add the salt and pepper to the chicken breast.mix well let it sit for 20 min
Mix olive oil, garlic, chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken with the mix
Coat the chicken well and rest for at least 30 mins (or refrigerate overnight for best flavor).
Preheat the air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
Place chicken pieces in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
Cook at 190°C for 12–15 mins, flip halfway.
Check doneness of the chicken
Rest & Serve
Let it rest 5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
Tips
If using large thighs/drumsticks, cook 18–20 mins.
