Kerala style Chicken thoran with coconut

Ingredients Chicken - 1 kg Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Green chilli paste -2 tsp Shallots -1 cup ( finely sliced) Coconut Oil -2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Chilli powder- 1 tsp Chicken masala powder -1 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Grated coconut -3/4 cup Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves-1 sprig Dried chilli -2 nos Water Salt How to make Wash chicken thoroughly 4 to 5 times.In a pan/cooker , add the cleaned chicken pieces , turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and 1/4 cup water Pressure cook for 3 whistle or till the chicken is soft and water dries up In a mixie jar add the grated coconut, fennel seeds and pepper powder.Just crush it , don't grind To make thoran , heat oil in a wide pan .Once oil gets heated up add the curry leaves , dried chilli and sliced shallots .Saute till the shallots turn light golden Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the shallots and toss on high flame ...

Papaya wine

Ingredients Papaya -1 kg Sugar -1 kg Water -2 litre Cardamom -5 nos Cinnamon -1 inch Cloves -5 Anise -1/2 flower Yeast-1/2 tsp How to make 1.Boil 2 litres water ,set aside for it to cool 2.Peel the papaya , cut and remove the seeds from inside.Cut the cleaned papaya to small sized cubes 3.In a glass jar or a bharani add the papaya 4.With the help of wooden ladle smash the papaya 5.Add the sugar and mix with the smashed papaya 6.Now add the cooled water .Add the cardamon , cloves , cinnamon and anise Mix well in one direction for 15 times 7.Now add the yeast and mix for 5 more times 8. Coconut cookies (Eggless)

Ingredients Maida/ all purpose flour- 1 cup Butter - 50 gm Sugar - 1/2 cup (unpowdered) Vanilla extract - 1 tsp Salt - a pinch Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Milk - 4 to 5 tbsp Dessicated coconut - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp How to make Powder the sugar and set aside Dry mix the maida , salt and baking powder . Sieve it . Keep aside In a bowl add the butter .Beat it or whisk it till it is fluffy .Add the powdered sugar.Add the vanilla essence . Now add the 3/4 cup of dessicated coconut and mix it with a spatula.A Add the maida mix and combine it gently with hands .Add about 4 to 5 tbsp of milk .Mix it well with hands (not necessary to make it to a smooth dough) Preheat the oven at 180 c for 10 min In a tray , keep a parchment paper. Make small balls slighly flatten it, dust dessicated coconut and keep it in the tray. Leave adequate space between each . Bake for 20 to 25 min.
