Mukkani payasam/Mango jackfruit banana payasam



Ingredients 
Mango - 1 
Banana -1 
Jackfruit -1 cup
Milk -500 ml
Thick coconut milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee -2 tbsp
Cashew -10 nos
Raisins -1 tbsp
Pistachios -10 nos
Sugar -4 to 5 tbsp


How to make 
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee and saute the jackfruit pieces for about 2 min
  2. Boil the milk and reduce it to 400 ml approx
  3. Mash the banana and mango separately 
  4. Add the sauted jackfruit to the milk and cook it for about 2 min
  5. Turn off the flame and let the milk cool slightly 
  6. Mix in the mashed mango and banana 
  7. Add the thick coconut milk and give a stir .Don't heat 
  8. Add the sugar mix it well till the sugar is dissolved 
  9. Fry cashews and raisins till it's golden , add to the payasam mix 
  10. Add chopped pistachios too , mix well 
  11. Serve warm or chilled 

Notes
Use a less fiber mango ( banganapalli)
I have used yelakki banana
